1. Service-Based Policy
- As we provide service-based offerings, there are no physical products to return.
- Refunds or re-services are considered only in cases of genuine service-related issues.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered as per the agreed scope
- Service was not completed due to reasons attributable to Parishkaram Bangaluru
- Duplicate or excess payment was made
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after service completion
- Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions (stains, damages, infestations beyond scope)
- Delay caused due to customer unavailability, lack of access, water, or electricity
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows
4. Re-Service Policy
- Customers must report any service-related concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
- If the issue is verified, a free re-service may be provided instead of a refund.
- The decision to offer re-service or refund rests solely with Parishkaram Bangaluru.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation charge or no refund.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.
7. Policy Updates
- Parishkaram Bangaluru reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Changes will be effective once updated on the website.
