1. Service Scope
- Parishkaram Bangaluru provides home cleaning, commercial cleaning, and pest control services as per the selected package.
- The scope of work will be clearly explained at the time of booking and confirmed before service begins.
- Any additional services not included in the selected package will be charged separately.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Service confirmation will be shared via call or WhatsApp.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate address, contact details, and service requirements at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Service prices depend on the type of cleaning, size of the property, and selected package.
- Payments must be made in full or as agreed before or immediately after service completion.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers must inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation charge.
- Parishkaram Bangaluru reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Valuable or fragile items should be safely stored before service begins.
- Availability of water and electricity is required for cleaning services.
6. Damage & Liability
- Our staff handles all items with care; however, Parishkaram Bangaluru is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
- Any concerns or damages must be reported immediately during or after service completion.
- Liability, if any, will be limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Safety & Hygiene
- We use safe and professional cleaning methods and approved chemicals.
- Customers are advised to keep children and pets away from the cleaning area during service.
- Pest control services may require temporary evacuation as advised by our team.
8. Service Satisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion.
- Re-service, if applicable, will be provided at our discretion based on the complaint.
9. Force Majeure
- Parishkaram Bangaluru will not be responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms
- Parishkaram Bangaluru reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be effective once published on the website.
11. Governing Law
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
